Fundraiser – Foothill Family Shelter Benefit & Food Drive at The Press May 2nd 8pm to 1pm

We are Extremely Happy to present a Great Evening of Entertainment, Food, Fun and Prizes to Kick off Foothill Family Shelter’s May fundraising efforts !!

Besides the fabulous cuisine available at The Press we have put together an epic evening of musical entertainment for you.

Starting at 8 pm with a rare unplugged set by Victorian Sky. Then we will be giving out a bunch of raffle prizes. Next up Rusty Dogs will be performing a Neil Young Tribute and Classic Rock show. Then a bunch more raffle prizes followed up by a special treat our Headliner GROOVE SESSION fresh off a national tour laying down their funky peace love movement groove. Not to be missed.

Foothill Family Shelter will be collecting Non-Perishable Food Items and canned goods as well as a suggested donation of $ 10.00, you can give more if you like for this great cause. They will also be selling Raffle Tickets for various prizes given away in between the bands and raffle tickets for a to win a Harley Davidson motorcycle at the end of May. Come on down have yourself a nice dinner and show for a great organization.

Festival – The 62nd Annual Holland Festival Arrowhead Christian School May 2nd 10am to 4pm

Join us for a “KLOMPEN GOOD” time at the annual Holland Festival on Saturday, May 2, 2015. The fun will begin at 10:00 AM.

Redlands Christian Schools began 94 years ago in 1921 when a group of Dutch immigrants wanted a Christian School for their children. The Holland Festival was created to celebrate our rich Dutch heritage. After 62 years, it has become a tradition that not only raises funds for our school and students, but also solidifies and bonds our community.

Seed​ is excited to have a fun relaunch party on May 2nd, to show off all their new stock and celebrate the three years of business. Elsa & Anna will be at the Fiesta themed relaunch, and everyone is invited to enjoy 15% off all the new stock, as well as free food, crafts and fun with Elsa and Anna on May 2nd from 12-5pm at Seed in Downtown Redlands. They cut out all sizes above a size 8, and expanded the infant and toddler products. Seed now carries baby wearing devices by brands such as Onya, Maya and Boba. They have expanded their gift and toy areas and now have a bath toy area, a music toy area, and a fun selection of kids books. One of our favorite brands they now carry is Little Unicorn diaper bags and baby blankets. They have Rainbow sandals now, and have restocked Toms, Minnetonka, and baby moccasins.

Fundraiser – Cookies for Kids’ Cancer Fundraiser Ayres Hotel Redlands May 2nd from 2:30pm to 5:30pm

Opportunity to raise money for pediatric cancer research while shopping for Mother’s Day gifts. There will be baked goods, raffle prizes every 30 minutes, cupcake decorating, and face painting. The vendors that will be set up are Origami Owl, Younique, Bottles Uncorked, Chloe and Isabel, Lularoe By Breanna, Jamberry, and International Day Spa. Stop by and be a Good Cookie!

The Rialto Community Coalition would like to invite you to attend an event sponsored by the Rialto Community Coalition in collaboration with Inland Valley Drug Free Community Coalition.

The youth leadership conference “Positive Images Kick Back” is being held at Bob Murphy Community School in Rialto on May 2, 2015. Through strategic planning, the Rialto Community Coalition developed a logic model to address issues identified in Rialto that lead to underage drinking and drug use.

Run/Walk – 2nd Annual Cinco de Mayo 5K Run/Walk for Sight Ferguson Park May 2nd at 7:30am

This is our 2nd annual event! We will have a kids dash along with the 5K! The course has been moved to a better location and we have a bigger park to relax in. Lots of on site parking is available.
Entry fees are $35.00 for the 5K and $5.00 for kids 0-10 for the Dash.
Entry fee includes t-shirt and sombrero. (for the 5k only) Ironman will be our special guest and Race Starter.. (BRING YOUR CAMERA’S)
