Frontier Project

Rancho Cucamonga – the Frontier Project is a 14,000 square foot demonstration building, water-efficient gardens, and rainwater capture system. The goal of the Frontier Project is to educate about the latest methods and technologies in water, energy, and site conservation. The Frontier Project offers a variety of workshops, programs, and special events for teachers, students, homeowners, and building professionals. The Frontier Project received a LEED® Platinum certification from the U.S. Green Building Council in 2010.

 

 

The Frontier Project

Hours:

The Frontier Project is open Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. for self guided tours.

Guided tours are available for groups of ten or more. Tours are offered weekdays with advanced notice. The Frontier Project is available for school tours with students in grades High School through College.
