N7 Creamery

When we decided to take on the challenge of reinventing the ice cream parlor we knew we would have to rethink everything, including how ice cream is made. We started looking for new and innovative ways to make ice cream and it did not take long before the liquid nitrogen process we use today captivated our imagination. Making ice cream differently however, was not enough, our team sought more than a new captivating process, we also desired ice cream that would excite people. What we wanted was ice cream people would talk about.

At N7 we grind, brew and serve our coffee one cup at a time. In this way we are creating something for our customer; building it from the ground up (pun intended).  This process generates questions, conversation and eventually relationships. It also allows us to share some of our knowledge with our customers. For example, did you know that coffee loses much of its flavor and aroma just 90 seconds after it has been ground? This is a compelling reason to grind coffee fresh just prior to brewing it.

The Bakery@N7 strives to combine rich, delicious baking traditions with wholesome and local ingredients. In fact our bakers first priority is to ensure our baked good are made with wholesome and ethically sourced ingredients: from our organic fair trade chocolate, organic dairy, produce from local farmers, to organic and heirloom flour.

Baking requires close attention to detail;  the difference between a teaspoon and a tablespoon of salt can change the entire taste of the finished product. At N7 our bakers understand that baking requires more than know how, it requires passion, flair, your undivided attention and love.
