Redlands’ Community Fourth of July –
Each year the citizens of Redlands band together to celebrated Independence Day in grand fashion. The 4th of July Committee works tirelessly throughout the year to plan a fun filled day for the entire family. The day begins with a picnic at beautiful Sylvan Park: Food; Games; Music!
Official T-Shirts: Monday June 5th official T-shirts will be on sale for $15.00 at the Redlands City Clerk’s Office. The shirt will also be sold at the committee booth in Sylvan Park on Wednesday JULY the 4th. .
Park Activities: Many local service and civic clubs are expected to participate in the daytime activities in Sylvan Park, Section A on University Street near the University of Redlands. Set up is expected to get underway at 7 a.m. and booths should be open at 9 a.m. Live entertainment will begin at 9:30 a.m. At 10:30 a.m. 4th of July Paradewill march around the park.
Stadium: Once again the University of Redlands plays host to one of the largest 4th of July celebrations in the State of California . The gates at the U of R Stadium will open by 6 p.m. The live show and opening ceremonies will begin at 7:00 p.m. and will include a flag ceremony and a flyover with four T-34’s. After the flyover, skydivers will be landing in the stadium. The Live show, at 8:00pm, will feature performances by the “Connie Roener Band”. The Fireworks show under the direction of Jeff Martin, citizen of Redlands and Sales Manager for Pyro Spectaculars by Souza will begin about 9pm.

This annual activity offers a sensational salute to our nation’s past and will take place at a new location this year as a result of damages to Riverfront Park sustained by Hurricane Harvey. The Downtown Event Centre has become the hub of activity in Beaumont and is the perfect backdrop for Fourth of July festivities which include live entertainment, food trucks, a Budweiser beer garden and an unforgettable fireworks display. This year marks the addition of a spectacular laser light show on the lake, presented by JK Subaru, to kick off the fireworks presentation.

Big Bear 4th of July Fireworks –
Come attend the biggest 4th of July fireworks display in Southern California on Tuesday July 4th. The fireworks are shot off from a barge on the Lake directly off of Pine Knot Landing. Fireworks begin between 8:45-9:15pm. Viewable from any of our public parks or the best spot, from a boat on the Lake. Make sure to bring a jacket or blanket because it can get cold.

Chino Hills –
Fortunate Son, a Creedence Clearwater Revival tribute band, and fireworks are among the highlights of Chino Hills’ annual Independence Celebration at Veterans Park on July 3. There also will be game and community booths, arts & crafts, strolling entertainment and giveaways.

Claremont Village Freedom 5,000 5K/1K, with runs starting at 7:30 and 8 a.m. Flag raising, festival and children’s activities (water slides, rock-climbing wall, etc.), 10 a.m.-2 p.m. also at Memorial Park.
Parade, starting at 10th Street and Indian Hill Boulevard, begins at 3 p.m.

Corona –
The City of Corona is hosting the Independence Day Celebration on Wednesday, July 4, 2018 with the 20th annual Main Street USA Parade, entertainment at Santana Park, and Fireworks.
The Main Street USA Parade, presented by the Corona Rotary, begins at 9 a.m. at the intersection of Main and Ontario and moves north to Olive Street. Parade applications will be accepted until Friday, June 8.
The fun will continue at Santana Park beginning at 5 p.m. with live music and food vendors. The entertainment begins at 5 p.m. with Kids Rock Free School of Music. The young group has performed at numerous events around Southern California and received rave reviews for their shows.
Eastvale –
The first weekend of the summer is a three-day celebration at Eastvale Community Park, highlighted by a classic rock concert by The Answer on Friday, June 22, a 9 p.m. fireworks display on Saturday, June 23, and a salsa making contest on Sunday, June 24.

Moreno Valley –
“Let Freedom Ring” is the theme of this year’s annual parade, which kicks off a day of holiday festivities.
The parade will feature bands, dancers and equestrians. Family FunFest starts in the afternoon and will feature food, music, rock-climbing wall and a giant slide. The nightcap, the annual fireworks extravaganza, will be set to patriotic music on KOLA 99.9-FM.
Where: Parade starts at the intersection of Alessandro Boulevard and Frederick Street and moves to TownGate Plaza. The festival is set for Mountain View Middle School and Morrison Park.

Horses, horseshoes, hats and hamburgers are among the highlights of the Equestrian Trail Ride & Picnic in the Park in Norco. Festivities begin at 9:30 a.m. with a trail ride departing from Ingalls Park, followed by a community picnic from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Picnic-time activities include a patriotic bike ride, patriotic hat contest and a horseshoe tournament.

Ontario July 4th Parade –
The All-States Picnic, which dates to 1916 and in the late 1950s and early 1960s would draw 100,000 people, is one of the region’s grand Independence Day traditions. Starting around 10:30 a.m. (following the 9 a.m. parade), look for residents to bring picnic baskets filled with all sorts of goodies to Euclid Avenue and C Street to meet and reunite with people from throughout the country. At 5 p.m., the festivities shift to Westwind Park, where there will be live music and other entertainment, plus fireworks starting at 9 p.m.
