If you want to view the holiday lights displays on Thoroughbred Street in Rancho Cucamonga this year, you’ll have to drive there and stay in your car.
Through an executive order enacted as part of the COVID-19 emergency, the city of Rancho Cucamonga is prohibiting pedestrians and limiting the viewing to drive-thru only from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. Dec. 4-24.
“The executive order is in place to minimize the risk, so we made it drive-thru only for the entire period,” said Jennifer Camacho-Curtis, city spokesperson.
