Rachelle is a Certified Physical therapy Aide and STOTT Pilates Instructor; she is also trained in Athletic Conditioning. She focuses on the biomechanical and neuromuscular aspects of the body to optimize rehabilitation and strength training. Rachelle has over 108 hours of Alignment and Correctives training that focuses on correcting muscle imbalances and gait. She incorporates appropriate balance of rehabilitation exercises and athletic training exercises in order to create a well-rounded exercise regimen. A very important aspect of Rachelle’s life is that she is an artist. Her approach to Pilates and exercise involves a unique and creative method of teaching.
