Drake says Mr. Baker specializes in breakfast pastries baked fresh every day, along with a variety of custom-designed cakes, including intricate wedding cakes. The bakery will also offer freshly baked breads and cronuts, a pastry that’s a cross between croissants and donuts.

There will be a ribbon cutting at 5:15. Then it will be kind of a mixer type event with pastries and coffee for free. There will also be items to purchase with 20% off.
Mr. Baker will have Aimee Nolte an LA based Jazz performer playing live for the grand opening.
