19th Annual Youth Safari Day Coming to Raahauge’s Shooting Complex

The 19th Annual Youth Safari Day is coming to Raahauge’s Shooting Complex (14995 River Road, Corona) on Saturday, July 22.  The family friendly event occurs once a year and is designed to introduce families with children to outdoor activities.

Youth Safari Day is intended for kids ages 3-18.  Tickets to the event are just $14 if you pre-register, or $20 day of and include all events and the Kids Raffle.  Children under 2 years are free, but cannot participate in the events.  This year’s event includes:

  • Duck, Quail, and Turkey Calling
  • Firearm Safety
  • Handgun Shooting
  • Horseback Exhibitions
  • Laser Shooting
  • Rifle Target Shooting (.22 Cal.)
  • Raffles for kids & adults
  • Trick Shooting
  • Archery
  • BB Gun Shooting Gallery
  • Rod & Reel Casting Events
  • Dog Demonstrations
  • Falconry
  • Fishing
  • Learn to clean and cook fish
  • Kayaking
  • Paint Ball games
  • Rock Climbing Wall
  • Nature Walk – Bird Watching
  • Animal Exhibits
  • Animal Petting Zoo

and more.

This year’s event will take place from 8AM-3PM. You can bring your own food, or lunch trucks will be available at the venue for your convenience.  For the special low price of $8, you can also pre-order an In-N-Out lunch that includes a cheeseburger, chips, cookie, and bottle of water with your pre-purchase ticket.  Lunch will be available from 10AM-2PM.
