Come join us at Calvary Presbyterian Church on the 4th of July. We’re hosting a 4th of July FESTIVAL with food trucks, games, face painting, music, and a view of the Mt. Rubidoux Fireworks (starting at 9 pm) from our back parking lot. Gates for the festival open at 6:30 pm and everything is FREE but the food trucks. Food trucks will have shredded beef tacos, burritos, tostadas and tortas. And churros, desserts and agua frescas (drinks). Bring a lawn chair and water. NO ALCOHOL OR PETS ALLOWED. Park in the front lot and walk in through the archway. ALL ARE WELCOME.

Come celebrate our nation’s independence with The City of Riverside Parks, Recreation and Community Services Department! This free event displays a spectacular array of fireworks at two separate locations which include

No access will be available at Carlson Dog Park or Mt. Rubidoux after 7 a.m. on July 4.

4th of July Extravaganza: Parade & Fireworks – TUE, JUL 4, 2023
Begin your morning with spirited marchers and patriotic entries at the 4th of July Parade in Old Town! In the afternoon, head over to the sports park to enjoy live music, vendors and a fun zone for the kids. End the celebration with the spectacular fireworks display.
Parade: 10am Start • Old Town Temecula
The parade will begin at 10am sharp at the intersection of Old Town Front & 2nd Streets. All entries will travel north on Old Town Front St. and end just before Moreno Road. We are no longer accepting entries for the parade.
On Tuesday, July 4th, the following road closures will be taking place:
- Second Street, Stampede parking lot, Old Town Front Street from First Street heading north to Third Street will be closed from 6am-12pm
- Old Town Front Street will remain open to Third Street, with access from the north until 9am*
- Old Town Front Street will be closed to all traffic from 9am-12pm
- Moreno Road will be closed from 10am-12pm
- Mercedes St will be closed for north bound traffic from 9:45am-12pm
- *Spectators can access the Parking Garage from the north entrance of Old Town
